What is the average shipping time for orders?

For international orders items will take 15-30 working days to arrive, but can take longer depending on the destination country. During peak periods shipping times can be delayed by 1-2 working days.

Will I receive an order dispatch email when my order ships? And will I get a tracking number?

Not currently, there is no automated system in place to notify customers of dispatch. All parcel sized items (keysets, keyboards, sleeves, cases etc) are sent via a 'signed for' shipping serivce. Please be patient whilst waiting for your order. Tracking info can be requested via the contact form, but please only request if it is vital as a large number of tracking requests slows down shipping.

Do you ship to my country?

MMCAPS can ship worldwide. Some countries may be a little more tricky but you will always be contacted if there is any issue.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes! You have 14 days to request a refund. You will have to pay for return postage and your refund will be processed once the items have been received back.
