MMCAPS offer several shipping methods for our customers and registered airmailOrders will be delivered within 2-4 working days from the date of purchase, except pre-order. 

Shipping Method:

1.Standard shipping : China Post SAL 25-55days

2.Express shipping : China PostAirmail15-25day 

Please kindly understand that above shipping fee policy will only be applied to certain countries. For others, ship fee will be automatically calculated based on each regions and weights of each parcels. (*Customers will be charged for tariffs)

E-express service: 

E-express service via China Post Post Office with tracking number and drop-off without signature,you can check your parcel status online, if you choose this method of shipping it is totally at your own risk.
[International] Shipping fee: USD7.00 for each order

Registered airmail:

Registered airmail REQUIRES signature. If you will not be home to sign for the package,they will leave you a notice card, take this notice card then you can either pick up your parcel from the Post Office. About the on-line tracking, due to most of countries which they only updated their internal system for international registered mail, there are no track events will be shown, but when you call them, they can still chasing the parcel.

[China] Shipping fee: USD3.00 for each order
 

China Post Post Office Speedpost:

We provide expedited shipment using China Post Speed-post, item would arrive in 4-6 business days as compare to 15 to 30 days for our standard shipping. A tracking number is also provided. (Speedpost do not accept APO/ FPO address)

[International] Shipping fee: USD30.00 for each order

Shipping Information: 

We ship to the shipping address you provide us, so please take a moment to ensure accuracy of both your shipping information.  We do not accept responsibility for orders that shipped to the wrong address,  based on an error you made.   If this is the case, we will also not refund or resend your item.

Shipping time :

Shipment normally takes around 2 weeks to arrive in most countries (once shipped) (subject to flight availability and progress of customs clearance and aviation security check).

 *Extreme weather conditions and seasonal peaks may cause delivery delays.*

*Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.*

*If you did not receive package or notice card within 3 weeks, please call your local office and tell them your tracking number, they will let you know your parcel status.*  

Shipping option : 

Sometimes,it may take too long to ship all items at once due to inventory. In that case,we will be shipped as soon as they are all available. 

Parcel  is lost or stolen :

Mmcaps is not responsible for packages lost in transit. This includes international packages held, delayed or lost by customs.

Customs declared :

All package will be labeled as 'gift ', mention “keyboard keycap” and value of USD20.00 therefore import duty could be avoided in most countries.

However Germany and Italy custom may be charge custom duty despite the value stated on the package. Occasionally Germany customer will be charged by GDSK- the partner of our shipping carrier with a handling fee. Please be aware of this before your order.

We will not be responsible for the custom duties or any other handling fees incurred by third parties.
